"88 Celica GT - I am about to tackle installing aftermarket Water Temp, Volt, and Oil Pressure gauges. (yes, pointless....but attractive!) I was wondering if (since the stock sending units are functional) I could use the existing sending units...or if I would have to use the supplied aftermarket units....Or, better yet, since the gauges on the stock console are functional...can you run a split from the dashboard gauge inputs? Let me know if anyone has tried this...or can offer some advice. Thanks! PS - Where is the sending unit for water temp?"
Damn...i was such a n00b. Its amazing how much ive learned over the past year. Ive gone from not knowing how to install an after market sending unit...to doing head gaskets and reassembling my starter motor. I guess thats what i get for owning a celica.

This is cool and all, but it IS a bit much for JUST the 4th gens, I think. If the 4th gen. community population were bigger, I'd say, definitely. I think it's good to have a board, so people who wonder over to 4gencelica.net don't have to hassle with celica.net if they don't want to.. but you've got a HUGE operation going here for how much it'll be used. Just my $.02. -Jason found it. ;D

*cough* jason was wrong*cough* It was true at the time.. But thanks to search engines, this place has created its own little niche. Pretty crazy. We've had a ton of 4th gen'ers come out of the woodword to post here.

It's great though. This is the best that I can do. Stupid free board software lost 1k of my posts. Blah
