I want new wheels for my 87 GT. I fiddled around with some of the online wheel size calculators, and I discovered that 17" rims with 225/35 r17 tires would end up being the exact same diameter as the 13"s that are currently on the car. Has anyone put 17's on a celica? Is there any reason I shouldn't? Should I go with 16s or 15's instead for some reason? If so, why? (225/35 is from memory, I could have it wrong, but I think thats the tire size that matched up, don't quote me on it) Found it.
