If you've ever had to do your tie rod ends, you'll know what a bitch the lock nuts can be. If you have a hoist, no problem but if you're like me and are doing it on the ground, getting leverage is tough; this tip may help you out. The photo is pretty self-explanatory and keep the penetrating oil handy too. Just follow the set-up; hold the wrenches in place as you push down on your pry bar. (The monkey wrench is on the lock-nut and the combination wrench is on the flat face of the tie rod end.) Worked like a charm for me.

Ya. looks just from that picture that it would be easy as hell... I thought that CV axles would be a PITA, but from what we did a few days ago... it's easy also..(thank god) I'll DEF. keep that in mind if I ever have to change my Tie Rod Ends
