Need Help!!!
I've just done a complete rebuild on my 3sge. After I found my No. 1 Piston Cracked and Rings in No 2 Piston seized.
I had a few problems while startign up initially. Same old starter problem. So i put in a relay and cleeaned the injectors. It's running fine now except the idle is too high. I've checked the timing (with the e1 and T terminals jumpered) and it's 10 deg BTDC. the idle screw mis fully closed but still i've got it idling at 2000rpm. Can anyone please tell me what the problem might be.... Any help will be much appreciated. ::)Need Help!!!

It is going to be either your TPS or your ISCV. The ISC uses the TPS, water temp sensor, and about four other things to determine idle. All of which need checking until problem found. The idle screw should be sensitive to the smallest adjustment, and should be open to some extent. I always use a default of two full turns and lower from there, but I assume there is something else going on if I get past 3/4 left. That is just a me thing.
By the way, this is assuming you have put it back together like a guy at Toyota would have. No air issues? The intake mani starting at the TB is super suspect on these cars. I've had to re-do three times before due to new weak spot discovered.

On the top of the throttle body. The screw itself is covered by a black plastic plug you need to pry out.

i found my idle way out because the throttle position sensor was moved slightly, you may find the easiest adjustment there first, even though you're not SUPPOSED to touch it, my idle was way low and would not come up till I moved the TPS around a bit
