And they are FINALLY ready to freakin settle. The total cost of damage to car.... 7xx.xx. Check to us...900 bux. Medical bills.... just under 8400 bucks....(for all 3 of us) They are cutting us a check for 12g  UBER WOOT!!!! |

WAY WAY back on December 6, 2004. Was heading home from work at 19th ave and Deer Valley. Stopped at a stoplight at the L101 and 19th ave. There was a white 2000 Ford Escort behind us. I heard a squealing somewhere.. looked in my mirror.. saw a late 80's early 90's bronco slidding. I tried to get outta the way.. didn' work. The Bronco SLAMMED into the rear of the Ford..(the trunk of the Ford was in the back seat, the back seat was almost in the front.. the car was a total lost). The Ford came up to us... I stepped on the gas trying to move.. didn't work. The Ford hit the back bumper of our car, broke the rear bumper cover mounts, and a scratch on it.. The damage was just over 700 bux.. (replace bumper cover, paint match..) and the gave us a check for 900. The medical bills were just about 8375.00, they are sending a check for 12g I don't know why for so much... but I DON'T CARE!! *** PICS***(not the best ones though.. they were take at the time of the accident)    Sorry for the drama.. **CLIFF NOTES!** 3 car accident in December.. finally settled a few days ago. got more that I expected to. |

It was the policy holder's son who was driving. The policy holder was avoiding the insurance company... we ended up winning because of a default.. he never replied to his insurance company.. so that's why we got some much $$$.
