Hrm... sorry for being away so long, but I've been a tad busy. Finally got the '165 operational, since my EL42 decided to bite it. Anyway... a scour of the local junkyards turned up no ST162(GT-S) or ST165s... I'm not sure about production stats on the GT-S, but I think it's fairly rare.... and forget seeing a '165, unless your luck(or unluck if you prefer) holds. Anyway... other cars have the same seat style... I know all MK3 Supras have 'em, and possibly MK2s. As for the furnishing... I haven't quite worked that out yet. I'd strongly suggest a good drill to get through the brackets that hold the seat to the car(so you can place screws through the bracket onto the wood frame, and a good supportive structure... I think a good deal of 2x4 will be sufficient for it. Just remember to make it sturdy; if you're doing this, you're going to have to support a fifty-pound seat plus your body weight. I've got a friend that's a bit more experienced at woodworking than I, so I'll get his advice. Hope this helps anyone get their project off the ground!
