Hey everybody...I'm new to the forum just got my Celica on the road about 2 weeks ago and I love it It just had a Tune-up and some Fresh paint (VW Beetle Blue) and is all stock for now.I just plan on doin the usual to it (I/E/H,Suspenision,Rims).Only prob with it is the Tint is bubbling but thats no biggy.I'm just gonna re-tint it. And now for the pics... Interior is in pretty good shape. No rips or tears. Engine bay is quite dirty but i hope to get it cleaned some time soon Thanks for checkin out my ride and I'm learning alot from this forum. BTW,Some punk stole my Toyota emblem off the back of my hatch so I'm on the search for a new emblem...Already checked the junk yard,Nothing. So if anyone has a spare one if they could let me know and we can work something out that'd be great. Thanks -Rich

Thanks for the comments.
Ahhh...No need for CC. I'm not on the highway alot. Just to feed my Need for speed every once in a whille.
Any suggestions on rims that would go nice with the car/color? I was thinkin some '00 Celica GTS rims or something but I wanna get an idea on other people's opinions on which rims to go with.

Anyways, I vote 16s, in a 5 or 6 spoke design.

Hey man, fix up that metal piece on your liftback.... It's so easy to tape it off, paint it black, and have it look brand new...

you could do the 00 gts rims if you want to do the whole changing axles/brakes thing but its a lot of work/money. i'm with Tom (White87GT) go with some 5 spoke 16". I like the color choice and you would definitely love a short shifter.
Welcome to the boards.

Thats a bummer about the rims...
And about that metal peice I've been meaning to do that. My dad owns an Auto Body Shop so I might just paint it the same color as the car when i have time.
Can some one post a link to a site where i can buy a Short Shifter? I don't want to make my own. I want the real thing. Thanks

It's the shifter for the 88-89 All-tracs that you want, but it will work with all model 4th gens.
