Wow...Nicely done. Love the sleeper effect. You're one lucky guy. How long did this take you to build?
Got any 1/4 mile times?

we NEED some more specs on this 4th gen. They're in the All-Motor forum, under his post. I only created a seperate one due to not wanting to clutter a technical thread with pictures.

I belive that's the coolant? I think... or pyro=fire.. something to do w/ fuel burning? but i really think it may be related to the coolant, as they sell those tools at the auto stores to check the coolant levels..??

the pyro meter mesures the exsust gas tempiture. you would use that to tune your air full ratio. the air fule ratio mesures the voltage gerarated from a O2 sensor taths eroding platinim. so its a reprsesntation of air full ration. the pyro meter is the actual tempiture. of the exsut gas the exsust gas gives you the "true" reding for air fulle. or bad ignition timing to lean a fule mixture the hoter it gets. to mutch fule the cooler it reads. ex in ideal the car read 800 degres. at 4000rpm (its leanest) it read 13500. full throtal at 7000 rpm is 10500 degres farinhight. the guge is placed right next to the tahcomiter becus it air fule is rpm sesitive same with oil PSI. so I put it in that location so I dont have to take my eyes far a way to read all the meters.

I have never done a 1/4 mill in this car. ever. I do know that my 0/60 time is 6.6 seconds. thats not bad if you compare it to the trd supercharged 7th gen celica. with is 6.5. with stiffer springs and less tier sping it could be faster. but well. I am used to starting in dirt so. I dont drop all the power down at once. if I rev it to 6.500 rpm then pop the cluth then maybe it would be like 6 or 5.8? ohh well. it whasent ment for the straght line. more for curves. and dirt.
this car took a long time to bilde. first was geting the parts. like 4 mounths or more I think. the motor whent in less than a week. the wiring took foever!! I must have an extra 800/1000 feet of extra wier. plus befor this I had a 2nd gen in the car that had all of the pistons crack!. and all of the parts that I did not like with the 2nd gen where ganged for the 3rd gen. like intake, ideal control wairing. power distradution and stuff like that. I might go to english town this sund day july 3rd then I will have some 1/4 mile times
