Hey guys I was wondering if you could put a map sensor from a 5sfe in a 3sfe or 3sge to get more fuel into the engine. If the 5sfe map sensor puts out more fuel to begin with. Would this work? I've just been throwing ideas around to make more horsepower.

A map sensor is a way of measuring how much air the engine is consuming. It's called Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, it is only a sensor, & doesn't directly modify fueling.
I think what you are trying to say is that the 5S-FE engine uses a map sensor & it uses more fuel which is correct.
the only way that adding any part of the 5S to the 3S is to use the entire engine wiring harness, all sensors & ECU on the 3S engine which would deffinately yeild some HP & make it easier to turbo a 3S-FE or 3S-GE.
I actually have everything to do that too. I have a 5S-FE from a 95 Celica GT with everything, SO I am thinking of selling everything to do that. or just the whole damn engine, the engine was used in my car for about 4 months & then I cracked a radiator & warped the head. But if anyone wants to wire in the 5S-FE electronics they can do that & gain probably close to 25hp.

Thanks for the info on the map sensor, thats a pretty good horse power gain but, unfortunatley I made this post before i found out about the tranny problem in my GTS. So my money is going to that right now. But once it's fixed I will probably try that.

how much you looking to get, and how hard would it be to wire it all up?
