Today, I was changing the spark plugs... The problem was, the motor was warm... actualy hot... And, when pulling the cabels from the spark plugs, two of them broke!!! The thin part wich comes on the spark plug came of from the cabel!! Ok, after slaming my fist into a wall, making a hundred new dirty words... I calmed down and tryied to fix the darn thing... What i came across, i could't believe it!! The wire in the cable that transferes the ignition spark is 0,1 mm thick!!!!! The rest of the cable is just isolation! One wire, 0,1mm thick!! Only one!! What the f... I tought it will newer ever fire up on the same cabels... Somehow I manage to conect the wire to the thin part of iron and pull them into the plastic tube... Put them back together, plugged them on the spark plugs, checked the ignition order... Turned the key... RNTAAAAAAA it fired up, no problem what so ever... Unbelieveble... I couldn't believe my eyes... 0,1mm like a one piece of hair

mmm mighty... god tip! hehe The O2 sensor? Whell it did go better that evening, it went better with new spark plugs, to, but obviously there is smoething wrong with the injection sistem. The car goes something like a 350km on a full tank of fuel! There is a hint. When I am slowing down, braking with the engine, and it revs up to about 3-4000 rpms, I push the throtle 1mm and it makes a detonating sound in the exhaust. It sounds like a german army plane landing... went trough the center of Zagreb the other day in 3 in the morning, lift up the thortle, pressed it a bit and went BLAM BLAM BLAM between the houses... half of the neigbourhood woke up. I gues that it runs more fuel than it has to, but the spark plugs are gray, so it has good ignition, good burning in the cylinders... But, ok, I don't worry too much, the exhaust is broken, it has a hole 5-10mm big so... You can't make any diagnose by the sound... I am satisfied... the last day I went against a Kawasaki 750 naked bike, it was werry tie... he won by a few inches so... ether he is a bad driver, or my car goes like hell...

heres a very important tip man, NEVER change plugs when your engine is hot you can strip out the threads that the plug screws into. a Big No no on cars especially 4 cylinders.

yeah, you can strip them out if you screw the spark plugs to tight on a warm cilinder head... the head is hot, it spreads, when you put a cold plug it tightens when cooling... simple as cake.. like pressing in a bolt, or a pin... a rod... Cold inside part, warm outside... tight mesure, press them together (one in the other) and you get a stiff, hard linkage... my english isn't to good, but I know what you mean... they teach us that stuff in highscool...
