Body kit and spring question

Springs:

So i'm looking to put on some eibach springs, but read somewhere that eventhough the springs are for the 86-89 celica, you need to have the 90-99 top spring perches. Can someone confirm if thats the case.

Bodykit:
I've seen on some 4th gen-ers a sideskirt style very similar to ones used on a skyline GTR. Kinda like this


Anyone with any ideas where that came from? I've searched up the aftermarket kits page on this forum, but none of them resemble what i've seen. Well i actually saw it on a black coupe in Coquitlam BC Canada. The coupe had the skirts and gold wheels with a polished lip, sweetness i tell ya. Too bad I was on the freeway heading in the wrong direction, would have followed him to ask.

check the forums for ppl parting em out, i think i saw an alltrac body kit on ebay a while back. what do i got in the works, im got a jdm 1st gen 3sge commin soon, and im puttin abuncha stuff into that, i already got full 2.5 inch exaust, bomb muffler, rims tires, stereo, cm aluminum flywheel, cm stage 1 racing clutch. my baby is an all black 88 gts, tinted windows, and im gonna get the jdm black corners for the front. im thinking i might black out my tails too, soo the whole car is black

the 86-89 eibachs will fit with no modification, its the 5th and 6th gen springs you need upper mounts for. i was gonna go with the eibachs, but i couldnt pass up the offer i was given for the intrax springs, and i love em. yea, i need new struts, so its a lil bouncy for the time being, but man, the wheels fit the wheel well perfectly now. ill have pics up soon.

1.6 drop intrax? u bash ur front air dam lots? , or ur rear, i got no lowering springs on mine with 17inch rims, and i found i would drag my ass on big down slopes comming out of parking garages
