The stock fuel rail can flow more than enough fuel. The weak point lies more along the fuel pump and injectors. I'd go with a Walbro 190 lph. Yesterday I dropped my fuel tank for the first time. It not really that hard, had to cut some fuel hoses, got fuel everywhere, but wasn't as bad as I thought. For being an 88 there was absolutely no dirt in the fuel tank, clean as a whistle. however the screen for fuel pump was rotten and the ground wires had poor connections.

when you are talking about turbocharging a 3S-GE or even upgrading a 3S-GTE. The first concern is your fuel system. The 440cc 3S-GTE injectors are more than enough for 250hp. The real problem occurs in the fuel rail. The injectors & pump is good. The fuel rail becomes very restrictive once you upgrade your injectors & pump, which actually makes it a degrade & makes it unstable.
