the ecu in my alltrac is fried, i ordered a jdm ecu from japan motorsports, all the pins look the same will this work? all help will be appreciated!

the pins on the jdm are not lined the same so it did not plug in!! i need an ecu please!!!

Why dont you just reroute the wires of the connector to match that of the JDM ecu. I understand that it might be a real bitch...but it will probably work.
