Ok, something I've been wondering. How many of you have kids, and actually transport them around via your celica? or, If you don't have any, are ya plannin any? Myself personally, I have a son who will be 3 years old in September. My roomie also has a daughter who's few months younger than our son, and we watch her quite often. We are considerin another child, but I'm not sure about transportin 2 kids in the celi because of the size in the backseat. **EDIT** There's a few shots of my son.

I dont see why you couldnt seat a couple of youngins' in the back. Granted, it is not a comfy ride, but its not a big deal if you don't hog the space up front. But then again I don't have kids and I'm not working on any (19 seems young to start).

I'm just at 6' tall, so my seat is fairly far back. My son still rides in a carseat, so he's on the passanger side. When my wife's in the car, he can prop his feet up on her head if he wants to.

You should all quit yer bitchen an buy a coupe I think it has more room for the back seats than the liftbacks do I drive my brothers every other weekend and neither have problems sitting in the back seat...I've even transported my grandmother and she's sat in the back seat. Had a few adults sit in the back seat with no problems aside from the seatbelt in the way on the way in and out, that's about it.

Hey ~ as long as your family can go from point A to point B in a celica its the best ride experience you kids will remember growing up. Cute kids when they reach 10 better get a HUMMER for soccer Mom. How can you say "NO" to that cute face. You are Blessed!!!

I do believe that you are right on the room thing, and I have both versions of the car. I've fit 4 teenagers in mine for 1hr + drives. It can be done, but it is not comfortable. Hell, I'm about to pull my backseats anyways. Tim - Cute kid man. Looks like he's one of those that could be mischievous (sp).
