I've found the best way to get rid of stuff like that is a razor blade and some metho or petrol and just wash of the pertol of course. Leaves it squeeky clean. and i had a mate who wanted to de-badge his hilux (toyota ute) for those that dont know, and he used a hair dryer and dental floss or fishing line to pull inbetween the badge and the body and then got rid of the excess with nail polish remover, looks good no paint damage.

yup i did it last night! it works (with the hairdryer), it only takes acouplt of seconds for the sticker to heat up (i set hair dryer to hottest). as for a heat gun, my dad has one of those, i used that to heat my celica badge so that a can make it straighter to stick on the sides. i didnt use the heat gun on sticker removal because i'm kinda dopey lol might melt it by accident

The side markers and strips are integrated. You'd have to do some fabricating to the fenders to remove it. I am currently painting my car and I have removed the side moulding strips completely. I opted to take the front side markers right off and replace them with aftermarket ones. Pics to come as soon as I receive my xd card reader in the mail, my camera decided to stop interfacing with any computer

I already cut the hole in a scrap piece of hood I had lying around. Fits nicely, nice and tight. I think it will nicely compliment the lines. And for a shameless plug. I bout this stuff at home depot yesterday. It was called super degooper. HAHA say that a few times to yourself. ANyways it came in a little can for like $3.50 and it works awesome, half the can just gummified all the glue residue from my side mouldings and chrome fender things and sunroof visor and pinstriping. Just a little rubbing and wiping and good as new, didn't damage the paint at all (wouldn't have mattered anyways cuz I'm repainting). Check it out at home depot in the paint section, its definately cheaper than that goo gone stuff.

I had to remove mine to do all my foam work. What I did was use goo gone, and let it really soak in for awhile, then used a scraper. Since I don't care about the paint, I used a metal one, but since you might, just take a plastic putty applicator from home depot, sharpen it up with a dremel tool, and use that. It's unlikely to scrape the paint.
