Can' t say that I like that spolier at all. It looks like it's just stuck on there and not really blended into the lines of the car like the factory one. Just my 2 cents

Just my 2 cents While I tend to agree, I think part of that has to do with the fact that the paint doesn't match. That is, teh spoiler isn't painted at all. -Jason

Yah the spoiler needs to be cleaned and clear coated. As well as attached. The thing is just settin' on my hatchlid. If you can remember this topic was started to see if anyone knew how to install it.
I've put about 14 pictures of it on imagestation. How come the one you put up showed up and the link I put just stayed a link. Did i do it wrong.
I could put up more if i knew how to correctly!
Thanks guys. I know it's different than we are used to but i like it because it is different than others. It took some time to get used to but I think the linesreally do meet up with the car. It does have a bigger overhang than the rest but it's growin' on me too.

You have to put the link between [ i m g ] and [ / i m g ] without any spaces, and the picture will show. -Jason

thanks man, i've taken an html class and everything. I think i was making it way too hard. Of course i never was too good with the javascript and html to begin with. I was gonna put it in a table with some borders and all but that didnt come out the way i wanted it to. This will work just fine. thanks for the hookup. and ok i get the picture thing now. And to everyone who reads this. Yes i know i should get rid of the hubcaps. I do only have three anyways. Here is the one pic leaving the blank from the above post.

Hey man, it looks like you have the img thing working. If you need anyhelp with it, let me know. As far as hosting, www.imagestation.com sucks pretty bad. You might want to try out www.photobucket.com . Free hosting and they'll make the img tag for you. All you do is copy and paste. BTW, spoiler looks good man.

Yah it really caught my eye as well. I got it off of ebay. Frpm a guy who pulled it off of a celica. He thought it was a custom spoiler. But i couldnt tell ya.
I really have gotta say that it goes with the top of the fender line really well. It creates a whole different line to the rear of the car.

Nice spoiler, I got one too...I guess that doesnt make me the only one that has one Its all good now your part of an elite group of peeps that have them... Its made by TRD, Eribuni made replicas back in the day...they are no longer manufactured or reproduced so they are rare and highly sought after. No Im not selling mine, I was thinking of sacraficing it to have a mould made so that it could be copied if there was enough interest I would consider it. My initial plans for it is to incorporate it into the exsisting spoiler giving it that IMSA GTO Celica look.

Wow im glad that someone knows where this thing came from. TRD you say, that is pretty awesome, never would of guessed. Now for the same question i've had all this time. How the hell do you install it. I was thinking of just running some rows of the super strong 3M tape. Like the stuff that holds on the side mouldings. Then i wouldnt have to drill holes in the hatchlid. I'm pretty sure it would hold on just fine with that.
If yours has ever been installed, how was it so? (which screws, washers, etc. were used and where was the hatch drilled at) Any info would be great because as you can see it sounds like there are only a few of us who have even seen these things.

If you are going to use screws use stainless steel and put silicone on them also wipe off any areas you are sticking stuff to with rubbing alchol
