that idea about the foam and fiberglass sounds real nice i think i may have to go with that one plus that would be really light and in the event i drive in a river at least my fenders would float but that sounds like a good one have you ever done that one before or anythign like it

Bondo+Fenders= NO! you dont want bondo near your fenders at all especially if you are fabbing something on.Moisture cracks it and then it looks terrible, best bet would be to fab them on. In my experience with cars over the years i have learned that fabrication with bondo is a very precise art, to much or to little can looks terrible.
